Chiropractic care for pain relief
Spinal manipulation primary therapy, but treatment options are expanding
Chiropractic is a health care system that holds that the structure of the body, particularly the spine, affects the function of every part of the body. Chiropractors try to correct the body’s alignment to relieve pain and improve function and to help the body heal itself.
While the mainstay of chiropractic is spinal manipulation, chiropractic care now includes a wide variety of other treatments, including manual or manipulative therapies, postural and exercise education, ergonomic training (how to walk, sit, and stand to limit back strain), nutritional consultation, and even ultrasound and laser therapies.
Dr. Dale Zagiba – Littleton Chiropractor
I am originally from New Jersey, but spent most of my childhood in North Carolina. I was inspired at a young age to become a doctor. My uncle was paralyzed from a neck injury sustained in a pool diving accident, this began my fascination for spine and healthcare. After the passing of my mother, and strong support from my father, I decided to begin my journey to become a Chiropractor. I just knew there had to be a better way to approach health.
